Updated August 5, 2021: To keep all attendees and vendors safe and comfortable at the PAA Convention on August 27; PAA will be following the CDC guidelines for counties in a high transmission rate. The current guideline is that all attendees will be required to wear a face mask while attending the convention. PAA will provide face masks, if any attendees are in need. PAA will also provide hand sanitizer for all attendees. PAA will continue to evaluate the circumstances around the COVID surge. Any updates to this policy will be posted as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy All cancellations and refunds are subject to a 50% administrative fee. No-shows will be billed in full. Requests for cancellation must be received in writing by July 31, 2021. All cancellations after this date are non-refundable.

If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for a PAA conference, or if they advise they're representing our conference venues, please do not provide them with any information, but collect as much information as you can from them and pass it along to PAA.
